2. Our services

We help businesses establish processes for inviting genuine customer feedback on Google and Trustpilot. The exact scope, price and timing of paid work will be agreed separately in writing.

3. Customer responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply to us, for obtaining any consents required to contact their customers, and for complying with Google's and Trustpilot's platform rules and applicable law.

4. Accuracy of information

We rely on the information supplied by clients in order to provide our services. We are not responsible for errors, omissions or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information provided by clients.

5. Genuine feedback

Our work is intended to encourage honest feedback from genuine customers. We do not write, buy, manufacture, incentivise or guarantee positive reviews. Only genuine customer feedback and reviews are permitted.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee review volume, sentiment, search rankings on Google or Trustpilot, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or that AI systems will recommend or reference a business. Results depend on factors outside our control.

7. Third-party platforms

Google and Trustpilot are independent third-party platforms. The Feedback Gap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Google or Trustpilot, and platform features, policies and rankings may change without notice.

8. Website information

Website content is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. Research statistics are attributed to their stated third-party sources.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content belongs to Wovrn Ltd and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
